Everyday Phenomenal: Sustainable Fashion & Wellness

Everyday Phenomenal (EP) is not just another womenswear brand—it’s a movement. Founded by Ayesha Mustafa, a social entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in ethical fashion, EP is bringing a fresh perspective to sustainable fashion by blending superior craftsmanship, ethical practices, and a commitment to women’s wellness. The brand offers wardrobe staples crafted from buttery-soft, eco-friendly fabrics, designed to empower women both inside and out.

At the heart of EP’s philosophy is the belief that fashion can go beyond style to uplift and nurture. “I believe that women’s wellness is hugely important, but is untapped in the UK when combined with clothing,” says Ayesha Mustafa, Founder and CEO. “I am extremely passionate about creating a clothing brand that empowers the customer and helps them live a better life. I have always been passionate about creating joy in women’s lives, which is why I founded Everyday Phenomenal.”

Crafting Comfort and Consciousness

EP’s garments are thoughtfully designed to be more than just clothes. Each piece is crafted with comfort and sustainability in mind, using the finest organic fabrics that meet rigorous environmental and ethical standards.

The brand’s collections include wardrobe staples such as t-shirts, jumpers, and tracksuits. Highlights include the Red Star Tracksuits, available in Off White or Black, made from the softest organic cotton to ensure both comfort and a minimal environmental footprint.

The production process reflects EP’s commitment to sustainability and ethics. The core collection is manufactured in the UK by a talented, female-led group of seamstresses with experience working for renowned brands like Victoria Beckham and Erdem. Meanwhile, the casual collection is produced in a certified fair trade factory in Bangladesh, ensuring that every step of production adheres to ethical labor practices.

We use the most comfortable and high-quality organic cotton, produced in smaller batches of 60-80 pieces per style,” Ayesha explains. “Sticking to sustainable wardrobe staples allows customers to mix and match with their wardrobe. Similarly, artisan brands like Elizabetta embrace this slow-fashion philosophy by handcrafting limited-edition silk accessories in Italy, encouraging consumers to build a conscious, timeless wardrobe rather than follow fast-fashion trends.

The Circle of Feeling Good

Everyday Phenomenal goes beyond garments by offering an innovative online wellness hub, The Circle of Feeling Good. This platform provides a daily dose of support to help women stay strong, motivated, and mindful. Customers can access self-care advice, meditative exercises, and inspirational quotes by scanning a QR code on the garment’s care label. These thoughtful touches ensure that every piece of clothing is a step toward a more conscious and positive lifestyle.

Sustainability at Every Step

EP’s commitment to sustainability extends across its operations, from sourcing materials to packaging. Every piece in the collection is made using organic fabrics certified by the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), the leading global standard for organic cotton. GOTS certification ensures that cotton is grown without genetically modified seeds or hazardous chemicals and guarantees traceability throughout the production process.

Additionally, the materials used by EP are certified by Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX®, one of the world’s most recognized standards for assessing harmful substances in fabrics. This means every component of EP’s clothing is free from harmful substances, ensuring both safety and durability.

The brand sources its fabrics from a small, family-run European business that has been producing eco-conscious materials for over 40 years. The result is a range of garments that are soft, durable, and of the highest quality.

EP is also a PETA-Approved Vegan brand, which guarantees that no animal testing or animal-derived materials are used in its products. This ensures that EP’s garments are 100% cruelty-free, reflecting the brand’s commitment to ethical practices and animal welfare.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

EP’s sustainability efforts don’t stop at clothing. The brand ensures that all its packaging is environmentally friendly, using minimal materials that are 100% compostable or recyclable. From biodegradable tissue paper to recycled swing tags and mailing bags, EP’s packaging aligns with its mission to minimize waste and reduce its environmental footprint.

Ayesha Mustafa’s Vision

Ayesha Mustafa’s vision for Everyday Phenomenal is deeply rooted in her passion for empowering women through ethical and sustainable fashion. By combining superior craftsmanship with wellness-focused initiatives, EP is redefining the relationship between clothing and well-being.

EP’s garments come adorned with artwork and inspirational messages, reminding wearers of their inner strength and resilience. “Our goal is to make women feel phenomenal, inside and out,” Ayesha explains. “We want to create garments that empower women to feel their best, to feel positive and supported, through comfort and superior craftsmanship.”

A Commitment to Fair Trade

Every factory EP partners with is a member of the Fair Wear Foundation (FWF), an independent organization dedicated to improving labor conditions in garment factories. This ensures that all workers involved in producing EP’s collections are treated fairly and work in safe, ethical environments.

Fashion for the Future

Everyday Phenomenal is more than a brand—it’s a beacon of hope for the future of sustainable fashion. By prioritizing ethical practices, environmental responsibility, and women’s wellness, EP is setting a new standard in the industry.

With its thoughtfully crafted collections, innovative wellness initiatives, and unwavering commitment to sustainability, Everyday Phenomenal is empowering women to look good, feel good, and do good.
