Global consultancy meets the highest standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability with B Corp recognition.

The European division of Kin + Carta, a global digital transformation consultancy which aids businesses in their transition from analog to digital software channels, has become a Certified B Corporation. There are almost 4000 businesses across various industries and 74 countries with B Corp status, which recognises commitment to working towards a healthier environment, a stronger work community offering high quality jobs, and reduced levels of inequality and poverty.

Businesses with B Corporation certification take effort to consider how their processes and procedures impact not just shareholder value but also the impact on all stakeholders – from employees working at the business, to customers interacting with products, to the society and environment from which they operate.

Kin + Carta’s recent B Corp certification for their European division reinforces their long-term mission for the business as a whole: becoming carbon neutral and zero waste. “Kin + Carta’s mission is to make the world work better for everyone,” explains David Tuck, group chief executive at Kin + Carta Europe. “That ethos goes beyond what we’re doing for clients. It runs through every facet of our business, meaning we’re committed to making the world a better place right now, and for future generations.”

“We started this journey in 2019, and becoming a certified B Corp in Europe proves that we have what it takes to make that change,” says Mr. Tuck. “But this is only the beginning. We’re a successful growing business whose shares have quadrupled in the last year alone. We offer rewarding careers to those who share our vision, and we’re a force for good when it comes to the environment, our communities, and the planet. B Corp is a great framework to measure a company’s progress towards the accomplishment of that vision.”
