• Main Entry Deadline: 2nd May 2025
• Extended Entry Deadline: 9th May 2025 (late fee applies)

The awards ceremony will take place on 24th September 2025 at BMA House, London, with virtual attendance options available.

For small organisations with an annual turnover under £250,000, the first entry is free before the main deadline, making this an accessible opportunity for start-ups and grassroots initiatives to gain recognition.
