Fuji Seal will present its packaging and labelling portfolio at London Packaging Week 2026, positioning materials, machinery and technical support as complementary tools for brands balancing sustainability, premium appearance and production efficiency. The company will exhibit at Stand F34 during the 16-17 September event, with shrink sleeve labels, pressure-sensitive labels, flexible packaging and application machinery on display. Digital demonstrations of the HS Tunnel, Fuji Seal’s carbon-neutral shrink tunnel technology, will also form part of the stand. The showcase addresses packaging development requirements across beauty and personal care, food and beverage, and FMCG.

Packaging Choices Under Pressure

Packaging teams increasingly need to consider product presentation, material use, recyclability, compliance and manufacturing performance within the same development process. For consumer-facing brands, those requirements can affect the choice of substrate, label format, decoration and the equipment used to apply packaging at scale.

Fuji Seal’s exhibition presence will focus on the practical connections between these decisions. Its proposition combines materials, application technologies and services, enabling brands to explore packaging projects from early concepts through to production. The company identifies this joined-up model as a way to reduce the difficulty of managing multiple suppliers, technologies and stakeholders.

Marieke Sauer-Ploegmakers, Managing Director Europe at Fuji Seal, said:

“Packaging teams today are being asked to balance multiple priorities at once, from sustainability and compliance through to brand differentiation and operational efficiency. These challenges rarely sit within one area of a business and often involve multiple suppliers, technologies and stakeholders.

The challenge is particularly relevant for packaging redesigns and new product launches, where visual differentiation must be assessed alongside operational requirements. Fuji Seal will use the event to show how its individual technologies can be brought together around the needs of a particular format.

Sleeves Labels And Pouches

Visitors to Stand F34 will be able to examine shrink sleeve labels that provide 360-degree decoration and premium embellishment options. This format gives brand owners a broad surface area for graphics and product information, while supporting the shelf appeal expected in competitive consumer categories.

The display will also include pressure-sensitive labels with decorative and tactile finishes. These solutions are designed to improve shelf presence, offering another route for packaging teams seeking premium visual and physical characteristics across bottles, containers and other formats.

Spouted pouches and flexible packaging solutions will be a further focus. Fuji Seal positions these formats around convenience, functionality and material efficiency, three considerations that are becoming closely connected in packaging development. Flexible formats can offer brands options when assessing how packaging design supports product use and material requirements.

The company’s range reflects its long history in the sector. Founded in Japan in 1897, Fuji Seal Group identifies itself as the inventor of the commercial shrink sleeve label and now supplies shrink sleeves, pressure-sensitive labels, spouted pouches, machinery and technical services through a global manufacturing and service network.

Machinery In The Conversation

Material choices alone do not determine packaging performance. The machinery used in production can influence efficiency and the successful application of a selected label or format. Fuji Seal will bring this operational dimension to London Packaging Week through digital demonstrations of its HS Tunnel technology.

The HS Tunnel is described by the company as a carbon-neutral shrink tunnel technology. Its inclusion alongside packaging materials illustrates Fuji Seal’s intention to present machinery as part of the same development conversation, rather than as a separate consideration after a package has been designed.

This is a useful emphasis for brands considering new launches or packaging redesigns. Technical compatibility between materials and application equipment can be central to progressing a concept into production, especially where premium finishes and operational efficiency are both expected.

Marieke Sauer-Ploegmakers, Managing Director Europe at Fuji Seal, shared:

“One of the opportunities we see is helping customers simplify that complexity. By bringing together materials, machinery, packaging services and technical expertise, we can support packaging development more holistically and help brands move ideas into production with greater confidence.”

Circularity Across Formats

Sustainability will run through the stand’s sleeves, labels, pouches and machinery demonstrations. Fuji Seal says it continues to develop solutions supporting recyclability, material reduction and more circular packaging models, while maintaining the performance and appearance required by brand owners.

This framing acknowledges that circular packaging progress is rarely limited to one feature. Labels must meet product and branding needs, flexible packs must retain functional qualities, and production technologies must support reliable delivery at scale. Bringing these areas together gives visitors a clearer view of the trade-offs involved in packaging specification.

For brands in beauty, personal care, food and beverage, and FMCG, the exhibition offers an opportunity to assess packaging technologies through both sustainability and commercial lenses. Fuji Seal’s portfolio is structured around the view that premium decoration, convenience, material efficiency and operational performance can be addressed in a coordinated project.

A Practical Exhibition Focus

London Packaging Week will give Fuji Seal a platform to demonstrate how packaging development can move from initial ideas into manufacturing with materials, machinery and technical expertise considered together. The company’s Stand F34 will be aimed at visitors planning packaging launches, redesigns and sustainability initiatives.

By placing shrink sleeves, pressure-sensitive labels, flexible packaging and the HS Tunnel in one exhibition space, Fuji Seal is presenting a well-rounded view of the decisions facing packaging teams. The stand should offer a constructive starting point for brands seeking packaging formats that meet visual, environmental and operational expectations.
