The SOL Group’s “Little Big Innovations” campaign was brought to a very impressive conclusion – with over 4,500 employees from all over the world.
In April last year, the Sol Group’s project entitled the ‘Little Big Innovations’ campaign was introduced as a project-initiative that characterised the entire year of 2021: it engaged their employees in a path of economical awareness and the overall sharing of the sustainability issues.
Key elements of the Little Big Innovations project were innovation, collaboration and sharing. The project involved over 4,500 of the Sol Group’s employees from all over the world.
Based on the strong idea that small ideas can cause great Innovations, the ‘Little Big Innovations’ project aims to make everyone in the world an active participant in this century’s biggest challenge: conquering climate change and becoming more sustainable.
Everyone was encouraged to share its projects and environmental values to strengthen the group’s activities in the aim of gaining sustainable growth.
Thanks to this initiative, the project also contributed to the planting of trees in the bare lands of the Jrašhen area of Armenia, resulting in the further repopulation of Armenian flora.
